BTA Quesadilla

Ingredients
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 Tbsp. salted butter, softened
- 4 slices of cheese
- 8 slices of cooked crispy bacon
- 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
- 1 large avocado, pitted, peeled
Instructions
Spread 1-1/2 tsp of butter on one (1) side of each tortilla.
With the buttered side down, we’re going to fill one-half of the inside of the tortilla. Divide the cheese slice in half and lay on the inside. Top with 2 bacon slices, tomato, and 1-2 scoops of mashed avocado. Fold each tortilla in half over the filling.
Heat a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Place quesadillas into skillet. You can heat up to 2 at a time. Cook until golden brown on each side and cheese is melted, about 5-6 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining quesadillas. Cut quesadillas in half, or into 4 wedges for a smaller portion.
