Ingredients
- 4-6 cracked ice cubes
- 2 measures scotch whiskey
- 1/2 measure dry vermouth
- 1/2 measure peach simple syrup or lightly sweetened peach juice
- champagne or sparkling wine, optional
Instructions
Put cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
Pour in scotch whiskey, vermouth, and peach juice over ice.
Shake vigorously until a frost forms, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Decorate with a lime slice.
