Bourbon Peach Cobbler

Bourbon Peach Cobbler

Some evenings call for a nightcap. Whatever the occasion, a service for one or an intimate drink for two is a sophisticated offering. This cocktail recipe was shared as part of my Sweet Nightcap series on Instagram.

A long drink made simple syrup and fresh fruit makes this potent variation of the Sherry Cobbler a welcomed seasonal libation. A bottle of Knob Creek’s Straight Bourbon (and Straight Rye Whiskey) is always stocked in my at-home bar. It’s robust oak taste is complemented with hinted notes of vanilla and caramel, making it the optimal selection for this Bourbon Peach Cobbler.
