Peachy After Dinner

Some evenings call for a nightcap. Whatever the occasion, a service for one or an intimate drink for two is a sophisticated offering. This cocktail recipe was shared as part of my Sweet Nightcap series on Instagram.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 cracked ice cubes
  • 2 measures Paul Masson Peach Brandy
  • 1 measure triple sec
  • half of a lime, squeezed
  • 1 measure peach simple syrup
  • lime slices to decorate
 

Instructions

  1. Put cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.

  2. Pour in brandy, triple sec, and lime juice over ice.

  3. Shake vigorously until a frost forms, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

  4. Decorate with a lime slice.

  5. Enjoy!
