Simply Peach Lady
Some evenings call for a nightcap. Whatever the occasion, a service for one or an intimate drink for two is a sophisticated offering. This cocktail recipe was shared as part of my Sweet Nightcap series on Instagram.
Simple, elegant, subtle and much more powerful than it appears. This is the perfect cocktail to serve before (or after) an al fresco summer dinner.

Ingredients
Basic Recipe
- 4-6 cracked ice cubes
- 2 measures gin
- 1 measure peach brandy
- half of a lemon, squeezed
- 1 egg white
- peach simple syrup, to taste
- lemon slices to decorate
Instructions
Put cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
Pour gin, brandy, and lemon juice over the ice.
Add egg white.
Shake until a frost forms. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Top with a dash of peach simple syrup.
Decorate with lemon slices.
Enjoy!
